How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in to your account dashboard and navigate to "Subscription Settings". Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused days. If you need help, email us at
support@onlyflics.com.
I was charged but can't access the content. What do I do?

Contact us immediately at
support@onlyflics.com with your email address and a description of the issue. We'll resolve technical access issues within 72 hours. If we can't restore access within that time, you may be eligible for a refund — see our
Refund Policy.
I see an unexpected charge on my bank statement.

Charges from OnlyFlics will appear as
"ONLYFLICS" or similar on your statement. If you don't recognize a charge, email us at
support@onlyflics.com before filing a dispute with your bank. We can quickly verify any charge and resolve billing issues. Please do not file a chargeback without contacting us first.
Can I get a refund?

Because content access is granted instantly, all sales are final. Exceptions are made for duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, or verified technical failures. See our full
Refund Policy for details. To request a review, contact us within 7 days of the charge.
How do I change my subscription plan?

To switch plans, cancel your current subscription at the end of its billing period and subscribe to the new plan. Alternatively, email us at
support@onlyflics.com and we can assist you with the change.
Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card data is encrypted end-to-end and never touches our servers. We never see or store your full card number or CVV.
How do I delete my account and data?

To request account deletion, email us at
support@onlyflics.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We'll process your request within 30 days. Note that some billing records may be retained for legal and accounting purposes as described in our
Privacy Policy.
